About the Owner

My name is Rebecca Lacy. I became a travel advisor beause travel has been an intecral part of my own life. My parents instilled the importance of travel by making family vacations a priority so we could connect with our world whether we were hiking through a national park or visiting historical sites where the past became tangible.

Today, my favorite vacations are lacing up my hiking shoes to trek into nature where I am awed and renewed. I also love experiencing a new culture and learning how the locals live.​

 

Travel represents escape and adventure for me. Travel is a way for me to learn more about myself and how I fit into the world. There's so much to see! And I work hard to carry that enthusiasm and experience into the vacations I help create for my clients. ​

Our Story

NexTrek Travel was created from my own love of travel and the desire to inspire people to discover themselves so they can live an authentic life and leave a rich legacy. I believe travel is a vital part of that self-discovery.  No matter what type of travel you enjoy, there is an opportunity to gain new insights, meet new people, and discover how small the world really is.​​

 

Researching new places and curating the perfect vacation is as satisfying to me as solving that seemingly impossible puzzle. Knowing my clients will have a memory-making vacation that lasts a lifetime makes every day worth it!
